Low-Toxicity Perimeter Barrier
Keeps pests outside, so less product ever goes indoors.
Every quarter we treat a band around the foundation, siding, eaves and entry points with a professional-grade, low-toxicity barrier. Ants and spiders get stopped outside, and once it dries the treated areas are safe for kids and pets.
Pests already indoors
Targeted Gels & Baits
Placed where pests travel, not sprayed across the room.
If roaches, ants or silverfish got inside, we put low-odor gel and bait in cracks, along baseboards and in kitchen and bathroom corners. It uses a fraction of the product a room-wide spray would, and you don't need to clear cabinets or leave the house.

Low-Toxicity Perimeter Barrier

What do we do?

We apply a low-toxicity liquid barrier around your foundation, siding, eaves and the gaps where pipes and wires enter the house. It goes on as a band along the edges of the home, which keeps ants and spiders out of the pantry without treating the whole lot. You can read more about our exterior pest control service.

How often do we come?

Every quarter, so four visits a year. Each visit takes 30 to 60 minutes, and you don't need to be home for the exterior.

Why is our solution better?

Most of the product stays outside where the pests are. Once it dries it's kid-friendly and pet-friendly, and we choose formulas that limit the impact on beneficial insects and the plants around your home.

How much does it cost?

That depends on the size of your property and how much treatment it needs. Get a quote online or call us at 470-291-5029. If you only need help with one specific pest, see our eco-friendly exterminator page.

Targeted Gels & Baits

What do we do?

We check the rooms where pests show up, usually kitchens, bathrooms, basements and laundry areas, then place gel baits and low-odor treatments in cracks, along baseboards and in other hidden spots. Our interior pest control page covers the full process.

How often do we come?

Most indoor problems clear in one visit of 60 to 90 minutes. Heavier roach or ant activity can take a follow-up or two, and we tell you up front if we expect that.

Why is our solution better?

Pests carry bait back to the nest, so you treat the source instead of the one roach you saw. It takes a fraction of the product of a room-wide spray, leaves little odor, and nobody has to empty a cabinet or leave the house.

How much does it cost?

That depends on the size of your home and how much activity we find. Get a quote online or call us at 470-291-5029.

Pollinator-Friendly Yard Treatment

What do we do?

We treat turf and mulch beds for fire ants, fleas, ticks and aphids, and we keep product away from blooming plants where bees and butterflies feed. See our flea and tick yard treatment and pet-friendly lawn care pages for more.

How often do we come?

On a seasonal schedule through the warm months, with each visit taking 30 to 60 minutes. If activity picks up between visits, tell us and we'll come back and re-treat at no added cost.

Why is our solution better?

Fire ant mounds, fleas and ticks are hard on kids and dogs. Treating only the turf and mulch keeps product where the pests live instead of spreading it across the whole yard, and once it dries the yard is safe again for the people and pets who use it.

How much does it cost?

That depends on the size of your yard and how often you want treatment. Get a quote online or call us at 470-291-5029.

General
Questions

Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
Yes, our treatments are kid-friendly and pet-friendly once dry, as we use a low-toxicity solution designed to minimize risk to your family and the environment.
Will the treatment harm bees, butterflies, or other beneficial insects?
No, our treatments are designed to be pollinator-friendly. We use low-toxicity, eco-friendly solutions that target mosquitoes while minimizing risk to beneficial insects like bees and butterflies.
How soon will I see results?
You will notice an immediate difference after the first treatment, with mosquitoes being killed on contact.
What if mosquitoes return between my scheduled visits?
We offer a no-contract promise. If you notice increased activity before your next service, just let us know and we will return to re-treat your yard at no additional cost.
Do I need to be home during the treatment?
Only if you've asked us to treat inside your home. Most household pest control actually occurs around the perimeter of your home, but if you are noticing any issues inside your home we are happy to inspect and treat as needed. If you've requested an interior treatment, we'll confirm scheduling with you to ensure someone is home for our service.
How is Backyard Care different from national pest control chains?
Local teams provide faster response times, direct communication, and treatments tailored to specific regional pest patterns.
When does your service season run?
Most of our services run spring through fall, with year-round options available. We'll recommend a schedule based on your property and the services you choose.
Can I bundle multiple services together?
Absolutely. Many homeowners combine mosquito control, lawn fertilization, and exterior pest control into one plan. Bundling keeps your whole yard protected and is often the best value.
